Sir/ ma'am, I Dr Shrey Kundra Persuing my pg degree in dentistry would like to bring to your notice that my consignment was meant to be delivered on 2nd of march and the delivery address mentioned is of the dental college where I'm studying. The delivery boy who's name as he told me is rahat called me at 5:30 pm which is post college working hrs for delivering the consignment. As I had left the college as it closes by 4:30 pm I asked him to deliver it next morning. But on third of March also he got the courier after 5:30 and misbehaved on phone by using abusive language and asked me to collect the order from office and also mocked at our profession by saying that "doctors are meant to stay in hospitals 24x7 why do you go home" I hope you would take an appropriate action soon against your employee because I feel that these incidences bring bad name to such reputed courier service.
