Blue Dart Express Limited — No commitments in Delivery | |
Dear Sir
I was a regular customer of Blue dart for many year. But really sorry to say that i wont be dealing with Blue dart anymore. Yesterday for the second time i had a bad experience at the Blue dart service center at Vytilla in Cochin. I had an immediate parcel which has to be send to Mumbai from here, the lady who was in reception wasnt able to give a correct time of delivery, she was telling she wont be able to committ the delivery time even after 48 hrs. I took a risk to send it through DTDC Plus which got delivered today for just Rs.210. Wont feel like recommending Blue dart to anyone from here on... Was this information helpful? | |
