Blue Dart Express Limited — Non Delivery of consignment from Indus Ind Bank

The documents and card send by INDUS IND Bank by AWB [protected] which was out for delivery from the hosur road electronic city branch on 16.06.2015 could not be delivered, as my office was not out of the delivery place at 22/9 Beretana Agrahara, Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. tired today on the phone number [protected] on 18062015 morning for delivery status, No proper response and called the banker and inform non delivery status at 16.30 hours today. ad also informed the Electronic City Branch at 16.50 hours . seems that the delivery person has come to the office and walk back without delivery citing that call was made by his phone to my offical cell phone no. [protected], which i never received and walked away without delivering. Is there a issue by BLUEDART or problem with delivery? can this be resolved please. Called the number [protected] at 16.57 hours which is not picked up and responded. Need resolution for this.
