[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express Limited — Not delivered and false comment

Dear Sir, My company Dr. Reddys Lab sent me an air courier via Blue dart courier for 100% guaranteed delivery on time. But after 8 days I a got mail from my Company that we got a comment from Blue dart courier that you have shifted your address where as I am living at the same address since last 5 years and getting courier from other courier and even from blue dart courier. This kind of issue I am facing Third Time from Blue Dart only. I don't know what is the problem to courier boy or courier company. Some time if any courier boy face difficulty to find my address then they used to call me because on every courier parcel my number is there. Why we choose so expensive courier because we want good service and timely deliver. Please look into it and do the needful.
