Blue Dart Express Limited — Not delivering the product even it is with them

Anantapur prepaid store is acting in a stupid way... They are not responding in a mannerly way... They are asking us to come and collect the parcels... This is the third time i am facing this problem. They are keeping the product with them since 2 days and saying the courier boy is on leave. How shame for blue dart to do so... Today is mumma's bday and the product should reach her and take severe action on those stupid guys... Who don't even know how to talk to the customer. I hope you are going to take a serious action. Please check before handing your franchise to some one and give it to worthy people.
