[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Shipment not delivery as per schedule time frame # [protected] | |||
This is regarding Blue Dart Courier service... Yesterday i.e.25/09/2014 I received sorry to have missed you. I registered the reschedule delivery date and time as 26/09/2014 from 2 pm to 5 pm through customer service helpline. On 26/09/2014 i.e today I was waiting for the shipment since morning but it’s yet to be delivered. I called the customer service helpline 14 to 15 times but they could not help me. They can only provide us the information which is available in the blue dart tracking site. It’s a card send by Axis Bank Ltd, so if it gets returned i may incurred financial lose. If it’s so i believe it’s due to negligence of blue dart delivery system. It’s not possible for me to stay at home every day for collecting the delivery. If they are not capable enough to manage the deliveries than please stop this rescheduling method and prompting we are best service provider. The above facts are with reference to the below airway bill number. [protected]. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
