[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Shipment not received | |||
I have sent my 5 bags from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th Oct 2014, with waybill No:[protected]. I was assured that consignment will be delivered within a week time but now it has been 15 days and I have not received the consignment so far. i am trying bluedart customer service [protected] daily but this number is never reachable. I am not getting any positive response from anyplace. they are not at all supportive. The service is really pathetic. My shipment traking id is [protected] yestarday that is Out For Delivery but no one is calld me and they updated Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed
