Blue Dart Express Limited — Status says consignees's address incorrect, when other service providers are able to locate | |||
Hello Team, I am not sure what services you are providing to yourcustomers. This is the 3rd time i am facing issue with your courierteam. It doesn’t make sense that you have updated the status asconsignee's address incorrect. I am not sure you people cannot provide service at Placewere it is located in Bangalore City, what abt the services about outside. I have not received any call regarding the address clarificationif in case you have address issues, i am receiving different couriers fromdifferent service providers, why cant you people are not able to Locate myaddress. Let me give you an example. 1. Without receiving the courier i had received a message statingthat courier has been received, and i had to call Bank people and cancel thecard which stated that it was delivered by you people. 2. Same again i faced this issue last month, i am guidingthe person from courier but he is not ready to deliver the product and he isasking me to collect the courier from some bakery shop which he has handovered, this is the way how you people provide the service is it, and at last i had toguide the person to come near the main Road and collected the courier and thenhe recognizes that he had been for the next street instead of the street whichwas mentioned on the address. Please send some people who canunderstand and has the capability to judge the address mentioned on theCourier. If you People are not ready to provide the service, justplease let us know so that we can requested Shipper not to sent Courier throughthis service, were the goods would not be delivered as supposed to. I am seriously Sacred each and every time i receive amessage status with Waybill number that tooooooooo from Blue dart and I dreamnow for this courier how many phone calls to be made and how many follow ups. What a service you people provide to customer Hats offfffffffffff team. Please please make sure that the courier is delivered intime Way bill no: [protected].
