[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Unethical Behavior | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am very much disappointed with your Branch in Thiruvalla (Kerala) for unethical and extremely poor customer support . I received conformation from from the BD office at 11.30 am that shipment ( Bill.No : [protected]) is ready for pick up . I requested them to keep it until tomorrow ( I was out of town ) or if possible send it to pathanamthitta BD office. They agreed to send to pathanamthitta Branch and advised me to collect tomorrow by 11 am . I was shocked once I use TRackDart to track the shipment, found that returned (at 5.30 PM) due to out of delivery area . I am a regular customer from online shopping sites, and I have never had any problems with Blue Dart or any other in the past.
