[Resolved] Blue Dart Express Limited — Wrong Status | |||
Hello Bluedart, This is to bring into your notice that for AWB #[protected] the online tracking status is showing that the premises closed on 28th Nov'14 at 14:40pm & 29th Nov'14 at 12:03pm. But I want to get your attention that today I was present at my house on 29th Npv'14 till 16:00pm. I was specailly waiting for the courier today. There is no delivery boy came to my house. Moreover there was no sorry letter at my house after the premises closed on 28th Nov'14. The delivery boy itself gives the status your office. The same case happened in my last shipment delivery of AWB #[protected]. I was continuously monitoring the shipment status through online. Suddenly, I saw the status that "cant able to find the location". This one is the blunder mistake from your end. The company already deliver so many shipment on this same address ealier. The delivery services is not satisfactory for the client. The delivery boys are not on time. The mention any reason whatever that want. Solve the issue as sson as possible.
