My earphones had been picked up by your service provider on 20th may which were to be replaced by boat. According to my waybill number its been showing it has reached to its final destination but boat service providers are saying they need acknowledgement slip which has not been given to me. I dont know what to do right now. I even talked to your executive. He said that he will resolve the problem within 24 hours but still nothing has happened. If this will continue i will file a complaint in consumer court because i am trying from so many days. And now i dont have any option left
