Blue Dart Express — No calls received but status changed to Customer not ready with exchange

Hi,
My Shipment was arrived to Periyanaicken palayam hub, coimbatore on April 14th 2023. Tracking status showed as out for delivery on April 15th 2023. But no one contacted me from blue dart courier.. I tried to contact them to get the details but no one picked up my calls. When I contacted blue dart customer service he responded like before 8 pm your shipment will arrive. I didn't receive any calls from delivery person But in the middle of the night 23:41 they changed the status as Customer not ready with exchange. I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. They didn't even contacted me once and customer service is also not properly responded. I don't know whom to contact.. Will my shipment will arrive or not??? I'm really disappointed in your service.. Look into this and please give me a positive solution..

My Shipment was arrived to Modasa hub on 15th July 2023. Tracking status showed as out for delivery on 15th march 2023 at 12.00 noon. But no one contacted me from blue dart courier. And i already wiated for delivery . I didn't receive any calls from delivery person But in the evening at 20:00 they changed the status as Customer not ready with exchange. I'm really disappointed in blue dart service. They didn't even contacted me once and customer service is also not properly responded. I don't know whom to contact.. Will my shipment will arrive or not??? I'm really disappointed in your service.. Look into this and please give me a positive solution..
