The consignment was booked on 10 Sep however same has not been delivered thik date.
2. The delivery agent has called my guest on 15 Sep from his mobile no [protected] and insisted to come and collect the items from him. My guest asked to deliver the items to her door step as payment was made for door delivery. The agent has rudely replied that "APKO LENA HAI TO YAHAN AAKAR LO NAHI TO MAIN NAHI DOONGA". To this my guest firmly replied that as "payment has been made for door delivery hence same to be delivered to my house else I will complain" . The delievery agent rudely replied "AAPKO JAHAN COMPLAIN KARNI HO KARO ...AB AAPKO SAMAAN EK HAFTE SE PAHLE NAHI MILEGA". Now when I checked the online status of my delivery it shows failed delievery however no one has made any attempt to deliver.
3. Firstly I want my items to be delivered on utmost priority. And then I want action against the delivery agent. Actually this type of people wrongly portray bad image of your reputed company. This is my first worst experience of Blue dart. If my problem does not get solved I may have to opt for other options available with me which as of now I don't want. Hence, Please take strict action (other than routine sorry or as per our policy we have cautioned him) and intimate me.
