Blue Dart Express — No Such consignee at the given address but I'm available and no call or delivery attempt was made

My order from Vistaprint worth Rs.300 was out for delivery through BlueDart Kokrajhar on 9th August 2021 but it never got delivered. I did not receive a call. The order status states that there is no such consignee at the address. I have checked the address once again and all thr information was correct. There was no delivery attempt today either(10th August 2021). I hope that the issue is solved and the order gets delivered soon.
