On June 30, 2022 I was to receive an order from online shopping website Doeraa. But since I was not at home the status of the parcel was marked as "Premises closed" but suddenly at night by around 10 pm the status was marked as "Delivered". The next day I enquired the reception if someone had received the parcel on my behalf but no-one from the desk had received it. So I mailed the customer service of bluedart to let them know the issue. Also I informed the team of Doeraa about the same but they never responded back on whatsapp. Bluedart made several calls next day asking about the issue and they hung up after knowing the issue. No-one from the team (both bluedart and doeraa )ever called back to update me about the status. I called customer service of bluedart and they said its already being handled. Doeraa team contacted me after I had sent an email but they said its already 3 days so we cant do anything. I regularly mailed bluedart team but have not received any updates nor any call back from their delivery team.
