Blue Dart Express — Non delivery of shipment & no response when called | |||||
My Courier ( [protected]) is lying undelivered in the Blue Dart office at GMS Road, Dehradun for the last 3 days. It shows the same status when checked online. No one picks up the phone when you call. My house is barely 4 km away and still this unprofessional & lackadaisical response. You are charging for these services, so you better deliver.
