Blue Dart Express — On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork issue

I had a package picked up from me as a replacement from apple company. The status is on hold for regulatory paperwork from the day it was picked up. The package never moved. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible as i am really concerned.w
