I am Nishtha Chheda from Nagpur. I had shipped 3 packages (2 blueDart boxes and 1 Luggage bag) together from Chennai. The shipment was supposed to arrive to Nagpur on 29th May 2023. Not only did the shipment a week late on 3rd June, the luggage bag is missing.
The address was the same on all 3 packages.
I've been in contact with the Customer support for almost 5 days now, and they have no information to give me what-so-ever.
The luggage bag contains some important books and documents that I need at the earliest.
I've been mailing them and still there is no response. In fact now the consignment shows delivered on their website AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE BAG YET!
My trust from BlueDart is slipping away. I still have high hopes from the company that they will track down my parcel and get it delivered, but they really need to work on the customer service. People put their 100% trust on the company, they have to be more responsible than this.
Please look into the problem and get my parcel delivered at the earliest! Its urgent!
