Blue Dart Express — Parcel delivered to the wrong address and is received by a wrong person

Hello sir/madam,

I was supposed to get my parcel on 25th June 2021, but it was delivered to another wrong address to another person by the name of "Siva". I can say that there are no neighbours in my locality with that name and there are no one from my family as well.

It's been 7 days and here is the docket number: [protected]

How can a reputed service like Blue Dart behave like this and how can the recipient get someone's parcel ?

I request for you to look into this issue and take necessary actions.
