Blue Dart Express — Parcel not delivered even if the address is write, and bluedart is not responding

The complaint is that my order is not yet delivered. I am traveling far soon soo I want to receive my order as soon as possible, the expected delivery date was 10th of September but the order status is showing consignee's address unlocatable landmark needed. I don't know how to fix this. I also sent a mail to the blue dart services but they aren't responding properly. Pls i request to deliver my parcel as soon as possible to the address below in the image.. please please it's a humble request. And also if I check my waybill number in they're website to track my order it is showing that it is not available only.
