This is to bring under your kind notice that the Bluedart Surface Pick Up services is very bad in my Area. The pick up person named Mahendra is not regular at all. Despiyte registering pick ups and several reminders he never comes to my place . He is so adamant he simply refuses to collect parcels . As a result of this i am facing lots of problems from the buyers side. I have to cancel orders due to this kind o[censored]nacceptable behaviour. From past 1 Year i am continuosly facing this issue.
