Blue Dart Express — Pick up cancelled without attempt

My passport pickup was canceled by blue dart mentioning "Pickup Cancelled By Customer On Attempt". I have got no call and they didn't come to my location. When I called them they said it is due to vfs and I have to contact vfs again. Vfs said there is no communication from them.
