Blue Dart Express — problem while delivering mi tv | |||
Name : arul ilakkiyan Order no : Mobile no: [protected] Today a 43 inch mi tv has been delivered to my home @ 4.30pm, the behaviour of the blue dart courier guys are very horrible, which is unacceptable. I need a necessary action against those rude guys. While ordering the tv there was not space to indicate the floor details then how can the courier guys expect the same from us, whether it may be ground or first floor, his duty is to deliver the product, then how can he refuse the same. Since my mom only was there in the home, she requested them to deliver it to my home @ first floor. Most horribly, while entering the home both of the guys came and knowingly stomped the product forcefully on the floor with unnecessary words & said thermocole is protected, nothing will happen. How can they say it.??? Till now i didn't opened the product, i will plan the installation by next day will see the condition of the tv while your demo person visits my home. Let see. If it will be damaged condition, you guys will face the extreme consequences for the unfortunates things happened to my mom. Let's see... Try to install the TV ASAP, if there is problem then Xiaomi would replace the product.
Xiaomi uses Blue Dart as they are reputed and premium Courier company and a good network, but individually grumpy people of blue dart is not their concern really, It is blue dart who should take their matter.
So, suggest install the TV and use it well and see if there is any problem. and if yes, then complain to Xiaomi, if its within 10 days they might replace it with new one. So suggest you to install at the earliest
