Blue Dart Express — Rakhi not delivered on time after your executive commitment

Dear sir,

Your executive committed to me for 17/08/16 delivery. But we have not received rakhi box till now. I am very unhappy from your service. As per your commitment box should be delivered 2 or 3 pm on date 17/08/16. My dart no. [protected]. I want to delivered now till 7am on date 18.08.2016. Please take a need full action.
