Blue Dart Express — Regarding wrong tracking status and delivery issue

I am getting status like this in the screenshot below
I didn't get any otp neither any call from delivery person, how i will know when he is coming ..what service you are giving .
It happened yesterday as well as today...your customer care number also not working i tried.
My parcel is important. Please try to deliver my parcel
