Blue Dart Express — repeated delivery attempts at time slots when not available | |||
This is regarding the AWB number attached provided in the attachment below. I have become sick and tired of calling the call centre and repeatedly requesting for a delivery between 9-1PM as I am out for work post that time frame and as you can see there has been mutiple delivery attempts made in the evening. I don't understand that if you have an option of rescheduling a delivery in the time slot mentioned, how difficult is it to make it happen at the designated time? Further, no contact is made to me except for a mere "Sorry we missed you" card every single day with no direct number of the person I can get in touch with. This has been going on for a week now and your call centre number is not even toll free so I end up wasting 15 bucks everytime I call, because of the innumerable numbers that I have to press to reach to the customer care person. I am fed up and feel harassed and want this matter to be taken up pretty seriously. Otherwise I am willing to escalate this to your senior officials and ultimately to social network websites as you guys provide customer service and this kind of lax attitude is highly unacceptable.
