I live in Bangalore. I ordered from Tata Cliq. I'm about to get a parcel from your company. I received a call from your delivery agent this afternoon(12 PM) and he was saying that I can't come to your location. He literally said if you want your parcel, you come here to my location which is about 1 Km away from the delivery location, and was talking very rude to me. I don't expect such kind of delivery experience from a well-reputed Bluedart company. Finally, he said that I'll come tomorrow then. I agreed with him as well. Then I again got a call from him at 3:30 PM today he said I'm on the ground floor of my building and I can't come to your house which is on the 3rd floor. I'm working professional I can't easily go down to pick it up. It took around 10 mins and then I went to the ground floor. I called him, he said I left your house and I'll be there again by EOD or tomorrow morning.
It's a terrible experience that I've faced. I'm sharing Waybill's number. Please look into this matter ASAP.
