[Resolved]  Blue Dart Express — Scam by Blue Dart

I had order an item from Belora Cosmetics on 1st May 2022. It was a prepaid order.

The company sent the order through Blue Dart Waybill # [protected].

According to Blue Dart's tracking website, the item was picked up on 2nd May and delivered on 12th May. However, the TRUTH is that THE ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

I called Blue Dart customer service and they told me that the item was delivered and signed for by Deepak. Deepak is my husband and he is in Kolkata since yesterday. I live in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

When my husband is not even in Noida, how can he sign and receive a courier from Blue Dart?

It is clear that Blue Dart is lying. The delivery team must have stolen, misplaced, or wrongly delivered the courier, and they are not taking responsibility.
