My courier [protected] out for delivery. By morning 10.00, they have not called me and also i am in the house for the whole to get this courier, they have updated the status as premises closed. Very poor response from customer care as well. This courier is bank related product. Which required very urgent. They are saying cooly will be delivered tomorrow.
