I did not receive my consignment as given date. Now Status is showing "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect"
My Waybill No is [protected].
I called blue dart customer care to get delivery boy contact no. But they said they haven't delivery boy no.
They said your parcel is delivered at the mentioned address till 07:00 pm.
I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me.
That's why phone number is provided, right?
Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete,
This is my office address. I get easily all the couriers and parcels at this address.
But now I am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete.
what shall I do?
If bluedart team finds it, please reach out to me.
