Blue Dart Express — Status of product showing delay caused beyond control

I have ordered a product on 24th of July of which I amin urgent need but I haven't received it yet I have been tracking the details since 8-9 days now from 2 days it has been in the hub or apex of bluedart of my hometown but now status is showing "delay caused beyond control" I don't know what to do exactly now I have tried to call on the toll free no of bluedart courier service but these are of no use and I'm really disheartened.
