Blue Dart Express — Worst courier service ever

I had ordered Titan watches from from online titan store, its been 7 days now, I haven’t received delivery. And for my symurprise, bluedart is showing wrong status too many times as wrong delivery pincode or out for delivery, and very next day they show status as ahipment areived from therw etail office to thane city. Just trying to full customers.
Please see below screenshot and please help.
Too unprofessional behaviour from Titan and bluedart.
