Blue Dart Express — Worst experience with the blue dart delivery boy | |||||
It's worst experience again with the bluedart vanasthalipuram, very bad experience, terrible service by bluedart. bluedart reference number ev[protected] as to receive package from sbi dispached on 29/6/16. on 07/07/2016 i missed a call from delivery boy sridhar mob nmbr-[protected], shamshabad area (hyderabad). after an hour i called him he infrmd me that i received a courier from sbi, that day was my weekly off i was not at the office i told him the same and scheduled to next day after 2pm because my shift timings are 0130pm to 0930pm. he agreed. but when i called him the next day after 2pm he told i called you 3times you were not answered but i didnt received any call from unknown numbers or his number he just lied. i ignored and told him to handover my package around 0430pm then his reply was terrible you come and collect somewhere near the place he lives but i can't go there because i'm on duty i requested him to come to my office and handover the package he refused and told me i cant come there you come and collect somewhere 2km away from my worklocation its not atleast the bluedart office, i warned him about his bad service that i'm gonna complain against you, then he laughed and said i'm not bothered then. he disconnected the call i coudn't call him again. the next day he called around 10am to pickup the package its horribe i already told him that my shift timings are 0130pm to 0930pm but his arrogant behaviour wants to trouble me. i requested him to come after 02pm he straightly said i cannot i'am returning the package and he did. my question to bluedart management is 1. why my shipment sent to secondary address when primary is available. your executives answers was just casual they says "we tried calling you we cannot contact you because you are not answering" which is silly i have all call logs and records there is no bluedart number tried to call me. i have my contact number and mail id to contact me you never try or your staff never anticipate to select the best option to satisfy the consignee. why so casual? 2. should a consignee go to the delivery boy specified address and time or a courier service providers? 3. why should a consignee flex to your timings and place. why dont you? where are the ethics? 4. why don't you contact a consignee when there are options available. why you don't anticipate? 5. when other e-commerce shipments are delivered without any hassles to the same person and same address. why can't bluedart? 6. your caption says time definite delivery its really shame to use such when you are not capable. isn't it? 7. final question is why are you showing wrong tracking status? here my tracking status is "consignee requested to return the shipment" what a terrible service you are providing. I have the call records and call logs from my mobile network service provider where i can prosecute you legally to show your worst faces off. *what i demand is stringent action against the delivery boy sridhar (shamshabad area), hyderabad, his mobile number is [protected]. *what do you compensate for the inconvenience i faced because of your worst service.
