This is to inform you that i have ordered a gown from triviyaa.com and a lehenga from sariklick.com but i have recieved a different product on 5th may 2018 at 6pm. The guy who delivered the product was from blue dart and his number is [protected]. He took rs 1462 and went but after opening the parcel within 2 minutes i called him but he didnt answered my call. He disconnected my call. Still now he is not answering my call and he is disconnecting my call. I want my money back. I will take this complaint to the higher level. If the guy would have answered my call i would have inform that i have recieved a wrong product and i would have return back the product and got my money back. I think that i have been cheated by bluedart because the guy is not recieving my call. I spoke to a person from blue dart chowrasta branch who told the parcel number is correct - [protected] and [protected]. Please look into this matter and please take action against that delivery boy. Please tell me where that money has gone. I am sending attachments of the product which i recieved and the delivery slips.
