Bluedart — Address unlocatable, cannot deliver

I have ordered a product from a known website and their courier partner is Bluedart.

When I am checking the status of the parcel, it says address unlocatable and cannot deliver. I didn't get get a single call from the delivery boy. And when I am trying to call Bluedart, some random guys are picking up and talking in a very unprofessional tone and they are asking for registration fees, and full details like contact and address. How will I get my courier?
