Bluedart — * complaint * missing consignment / delivered at wrong address / person? | |||
I was expecting to receive a parcel from HSBC. Today (19/8/15) I learned from HSBC that they dispatched the consignment on 10th/Aug itself through BlueDart and the same was delivered to one "Surya" on 11/Aug. There is no person by that name in my house. How come BlueDart delivery man delivered to a person that was not the consignee or the family member of the consignee ? Why he did not bother to call up the consignee? Why he delivered to an unathorised person? Now the consignment containing valuables is missing. I tried calling the BlueDart deliveryman - one Keshavan (mobile:[protected] who serves my area. He did not bother to even take the call or reply to my SMS. I just wanted him to identify the person & address he delivered to so that I may retrieve the same. I tried calling the local bluedart office (phone:[protected], it is permanently engaged. I mailed [protected]@bluedart.com but there has been no response. Not only the service was sloppy, it was down-right irresponsible. You put innocent public to trouble after fleecing them. I demand that you enquire into the issue, and restore the missing consignment. The way bill number is [protected].
