[Resolved]  Bluedart Courier Service — Not Delivering the product since 12th of August

Respected Sir / Maam I had ordered a pair of Dumbells from Snapdeal.com on 5th of August 2014. It got shipped on 7th of August 2014 through Bluedart under waybill no. [protected] as its expected delivery date was on 12th of August 2014. It reached to Srinagar on 13th of August and till now no status has been updated by them. I called the delivery boy of my area he used bad language and said he won't deliver the product his contact no. Is [protected]. Now I request you to look into the matter.
