My consignment from bank was booked on 19th Jan and supposed to deliver on 20th Jan. I started calling customer service from 22nd Jan and they keep on telling today the shipment will be delivered. But today (24jan), again i called them, they are saying location constraint. If location is constraint, either they should be knowing at the time of booking or during my calls to them. Giving wrong information all the time, keeping the consignment with them and enjoying, they dont know the importance of the consignment.
