This message is to just inform how poor blue darts services are. My order from nyka was set to be delivered at 12th November. The delivery boy called and at night 9:30 PM and asked me to take the order so I refused as it was really late at night and I wasn’t comfortable. The next day i called the delivery boy and asked him at what time will you come, he said my parcel is lost and go talk to my supervisor and gave me his number. After calling the supervisor 10 times he answered the call and very very rudely he said its lost and cancel it. Then i asked him to deliver asap so he was yelling at me and said madam i will make it deliver by 17th November only before that I won’t or you can cancel it. Then i also registered a complaint with customer care of nyka and blue dart both on 15th November. Today is 17th and i called the supervisor again at 8 PM and he laughed & said I forgot about it and please come and receive it by yourself. And this is not the first time i am having problems with blue dart. On the day of diwali the same delivery boy came at 11:30 PM midnight and asked me to collect the parcel. I had to collect it as it was from my office side.
