Bluedart Express — Misleading customers | |||||
Dear sir, With reference to the above mentioned subject i would like inform you that i have ordered a raincoat from "decathlon" on dated 13th july'2016. They have shipped the same on 14th july'2016. Via tracking id:- [protected] on blue dart courier service. When i tracked my item i found that the item is in jorhat counter yesterday stating a report that "consignee not available" where i was available here in jorhat and i didn't got any call from blue dart courier.In this regard i want to say that they are misleading customers. Please take some action so that we can get our items on appropriate time. Consignment details are attached with this mail for your ready reference. Regards, D. J.
