Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Siddharth Parashar, am writing to formally submit a complaint to the esteemed Consumer Court in Noida, Uttar Pradesh against BlueDart courier service for their gross negligence and fraudulent conduct in relation to the delivery of a package associated with Air Waybill (AWB) number [protected].
The sequence of events leading to this formal complaint is detailed as follows:
1. On August 11th, 2023, BlueDart's tracking system indicated that my package had been "delivered" to my address. However, as of the date of this complaint (6th September 2023), I have yet to receive the said package.

2. On the same day, August 11th, I received a message from the BlueDart delivery person claiming that he had left the package outside my house. Attached to this complaint are screenshots of the message and the image he sent as evidence. It is important to note that I reside in an apartment complex, and the package was recklessly left unattended in the lift lobby, accessible to anyone, thereby violating standard delivery protocols and compromising the security of my shipment.

3. I was not at home during the alleged delivery, as I was engaged in a prior commitment. However, my absence during the delivery should not be construed as consent for such an insecure and unprofessional delivery method.

4. My initial attempt to contact BlueDart's customer care was on August 12th, but all calls went unanswered. Subsequently, on August 14th, I made nine consecutive calls to BlueDart, again with no response. Repeated attempts were made on August 15th, all of which were met with silence. Eventually, I resorted to sending an email on August 25th, detailing the issue. BlueDart requested my address, to which I promptly complied on August 28th. On August 30th, I was informed that the package had already been delivered. In parallel, I reached out to the brand from which I had made the purchase and reported the issue. They provided me with an image of a receipt bearing my signature, which I categorically deny signing.

5. On September 1st, I shared the entirety of this incident with BlueDart, emphasizing the fraudulent nature of the delivery and the receipt. A reminder was sent on September 4th, yet no response has been received from BlueDart to date. Attached to this complaint are records of all call attempts, emails, and evidence to substantiate my claims.

Given the aforementioned circumstances, it is evident that BlueDart has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations, violated industry standards, and engaged in fraudulent activities by misrepresenting the delivery status and forging my signature on a receipt.

In light of these serious transgressions, I am left with no choice but to seek legal recourse through the esteemed Consumer Court. I humbly request the Consumer Court to initiate an official investigation into this matter, with the goal of rectifying the grave injustices I have endured as a customer.

I am prepared to fully cooperate with any inquiries or investigations deemed necessary by the Consumer Court to bring clarity and justice to this situation. I also kindly request that BlueDart be held accountable for their actions and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

I trust that the Consumer Court will treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and urgency it warrants, and I eagerly await a just resolution to this distressing situation.
