My awb number is [protected]. It is not delivered. The delivery person took the shipment around 2 PM and did not delivered and at might around 9-10 PM they will mark it as "incomplete or wrong address".
So it is clear that they are not able to deliver the parcel and at night they mark it as Incomplete address.
They don't even bother to give a call to ask for a location.
I have already called bluedart customer service twice and they promised to resolve the issue and said the address is correct only. They promised to deliver next day. But all in vein. Was this information helpful? |
