My courier from the bank sent through Bluedart courier services vide AWB reference number - [protected] was never attempted to be delivered. I received no calls from anyone from the Bluedart agency to suggest any sort of any delivery. Upon checking the status of the parcel against the delivery tracker website, I was amused to find it being updated as "C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address ", which suggests I longer live in my current address. This is news to me even :). I called up the customer care services of blue dart twice on the 23rd and the 24th of August and was assured about the delivery on both the occassions, only never to receive it till date. I will be out of the country in the next week and I am clueless as to how would I be able to manage my bank activities in absence of the information which I was expecting to be delivered to me.
This kind o[censored]nprofessional and irresponsible behavior from Bluedart is completely unacceptable. So much so that they never even responded to my email which I dropped at [protected]@bluedart.com. Was this information helpful? |
