Bluedart — Shipment Redirected On Same Awb

Hi,

My waybill number is [protected] and it reached Chennai on Nov 13, 2021. Today it is November 16 and yet to reach my address. It goes to a hub near my house and returns back to the main hub everytime.

When I see their tracking wrong pincode and they have returned it to the hub.

This is not the first time I am seeing "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb" and they take two more days to deliver.

Previously they even did a door lock twice (two different packages) without even coming to the place.

I have all couriers delivered on time except Bluedart. They do not even have the courtesy to call the customer to check for the address. Not even once they would call.
