My *Cureka* order *126353_STOR00429* Items included in the shipment:
*Similac Total Comfort Infant Formula Up to 24 months 350g* was to be delivered on[protected], Thursday by Bluedart. Tracking ID: [protected], delivery agent called and told that he will deliver next day but even till today I didn't receive the product, every day morning I get a message that it's out for delivery and evening I get a message that the delivery person was not able to deliver cozz i was not available. And the estimated delivery date is being pushed every day. I don't understand why this is happening, this is not the first time the order is being delivered. And the delivery agent is not contacting me or responding to my calls. The order contains baby food, it's required on urgent basis, how can it be delayed for so long even after reaching the destination. Even the cureka customer care personal are telling it will be delivered within 24hrs but it's not being delivered. Was this information helpful? |
