This is MOHD. GHOUSODDIN a regular user of your airtel broadband cum fixed line bearing no. [protected].As i want to file a complaint regarding your service.
One of your executive named PRIYA ([protected]) who works at Begumpet office c-block 8thfloor gave me a waver of Rs.2000/- from a bill amount of Rs.5000/- as of our request and was reconnected, the disconnected fixed line cum broad band after the payment of Rs.2000/-. After few days it was again disconnected and the another executive called us for the payment of Rs.2000/-( which was wavered). I had informed her about the waver matter, she clarified it and reconnected the broad band cum fixed line.Again now it has been disconnected for the same reason. Is this the way you provide service to the people? You please find it out the permanent solution for this problem by making necessary clarifications and reconnect our service as soon as possible
