[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband (Combo Pack Landline Internet) — No Internet and not considered for wavering the amount (When cable cut happens in Bangalore City)

I have Reliance broadband connection, connection number[protected] and 1 MBPS plan - almost i am using 3 years on-wards.

In Bangalore area cable cut issue happens on 14July2013 to 04Aug2013 (Problem 100% resolved on 08Aug2013) (they said due to permission issue not able to resolve quickly when ever i will call to Customer care and Applet department), but billing team considered only 3-5 days for wavering the bill (from 23July to 26July2013). This is really worst thing considered very less days and saying its major issue happens so many customers due to that we wont consider for wavering the bill. Why the customer need to pay the bill if customer not received internet connection.

Actually 1st June 2013 on-wards i have given lot of complaints regarding Internet low speed as well as frequently internet connection disconnect and no internet on above mentioned date (the complaints started 1June2013 to 8Aug2013).

What ever they promised speed not received in-between days (1June2013 to 8Aug2013) and permanently internet and land line not worked almost 22-25 days.

I have given lot of numbers, few complaint numbers are furnished below: (i have very few registered complaint numbers only)

Even i sent a mail to "[protected]@relianceada.com" and "RCOMWireline.[protected]@relianceada.com"

I am requesting you people to Please take necessary action on this.

Reliance Landline/ Broadband — Not Working

Hello Sir/Madam,

Last three month[protected] reliance landline and broadband connection is not working properly but last two week connection is dead. I complaint morethan 15. But there is no response.

Reliance Payment collection people want immediate payment.

I am Suresh Malik from Delhi and some time before i was to requast for a new conection of Reliance Landline and brodband connection but after 2 month i got a bill for Reliance land line Brodbend uses without any veryfication this connection is installed in other address when i call in customer center for this they ask me will prosess two time i was complaint.

Reliance Broadband — internet & landline not working

sir, i am having an internet and landline connection of reliance.my internet is not working since the last monday.i had complained about it from my land line telephone.the next day my landline phone too stopped working . nor has anyone turned up to solve the complaints.five days have gone by. i am now at a loss as to where to complain or enquire about myn complain.please look into the matter and send your personal to rectify my problem at the earliest.thank you.my above mentioned E- MAIL is valid, how r u saying it is inmyvalid .my user ID is[protected].

Reliance Broad Net — No action on complaint

I am using Reliance Broad Net and I registered a complaint with company regarding loose connection which is causing lot of trouble and suddent loss of connection in the middle of sesssion. The reason of problem is RJ45 connector is either broken or not up to standard. The complaind was registered a week ago but nobody from Relaince came to my place to resolve it even after calling thier support center every day.
I am not sure if I can take any Legal action against it.

i want to inform u that i was using ur relaince internet from march .in starting its worked well . but after one month, its auto discnnected without any rision we have loarged the complaints alots of time against

Reliance Broadband — No internet Connection since 5 days

Since 8/9/08 I have no connectivity to my wireless connection from Reliance Broad band and on 9/9/08 i registered a complaint on their toll free number ( complaint no.[protected].But now it is more than 4 days and there is no response. Meanwhile I have made umpteen number of calls to the various numbers and each time I get a reply that the complaint would be attended to within 24 hours.Meanwhile an executive called me on my phone to fix a time so he could collect the subscription and when I told him about my complaint he promised to attend to it immediately. What he has done is registered a new complaint (no.[protected] without even visiting me so that the previous complaint is deemed to have been attended.Today, on 13/8/08, at 9 pm, I am writing this complaint to this forum after waiting the whole day for someone to attend to my problem.

I use my internet connection for my business and am suffering a lot due to this.

sir, really we are harres from your too bad services since we became your customer as internet connection not working & landline no became issue.

always from this id we got same reply but don't got any solutions & your customer care no also didn't work at present.

today we got current bill of landline no. & so many queries in that bill as below:

(1) Over billing ---- your Standard Queries in most of cases

(2) Monthly rental - 260.81 --- There is no details of this amount as this is 231.00 plan.

(5) local call 475 & charges 66.00 --- there is no details of that call as we don't call any no. like mobile nos. through this number which is chargeble., and all local line throught gujarat are free.

(6) 800.00 installation charges as your sales executive told us before filling the form that there is no anothr charges to activate the no., as we had paid 500.00 rs. by cheque.

your Reliance Enterprises nos. are not pick up by your staff.
your customer care executive have no any details of your local customer care outlet.

means your company have no any correspondence office & local customer care office to solve the problems of the customer.

RELIANCE LANDLINE — Billing issues

I got a reliance landline installed 8 months ago and i was told that i would be getting a Rs100 discount every month for life time. My billing plan was Rs 299 monthsly rental in which i used to get a discount of Rs 100 every month. After 6 months no such adjustments were made in my bill so I rregistered a complaint. Almost after one month i was told that the amount was supposed to be adjusted for 6 months. Now this is highly unprofessional behaviour that wrong kind of comittment was made to me to install a new connection.
My question is that if i was committed that i would get Rs 100 discount for life time then how can the company stop this adjustment after 6 months.
When i called customer care centre they promise to solve the issue in 72 hrs but they never do so. This issue of mine is pending for last 2 months now. And i have written around 20 mails and called up around 30 times at the customer care centre. Now that I have requested to terminate the service they are still not responding.
I am damn sure that they would send the next month bill as well with the inflated amount.
Please tell me what to do in this situation.
This is not good for a company like reliance Communications to cheat on people like that.

Reliance Broadband — problem in internet

I am doing complaint for reliance broadband since 14/july/2008 and i have total 41 complaint number but still there is no action taken by reliance and the suprivisor of reliance company said that the solution of your problem is to terminate the connection of reliance so i am very much angry from reliance and he is not solving my problem so pls help me and reply me when u receiving my mail.

I have a landline phone of Reliance which no is 30238503 from Dec.'08 onwards but yet not received any bills from you. Now I want to surrender this landline phone. Pls. inform me that what to do at the earliest.

my l/line was dead & bsnl send me bill of that month from 1 april to 21april please give me waver and still this problem is not rectifed properly l/l no.[protected]
I have a relaince internete connection. i am using this from last one month but from last 10 days its not working . it is asking for some I.P.addrese . I have done some complaint also but they always say your person would come to see but no one came till yet .

Reliance / BroadBand Services — Billing for No services from reliance Broadband and landline

From the past 3 years i was using the services of reliance broadband, But before 2 month i swiched to airtel i was made request to close my connection 10 days before but they keep suggesting different concession, and offers and didn't take my request and on 14th i closed all services and pack all instruments ( since my billing is done frome 15th-14th)
but keep sending me bill of next 7-10 days
i want new internet conection for my pc

my internet is not working and this is not a new problem it happens very often .my net works only for ten to twelve days on an average in a month and everyday it shows the message ( cannot find server or connection timed out ) i am now fed up with this problem .manytimes i think that i could have had gone for some other internet services. my user ID is[protected] .
My landline connection also is dead for many days. whenever i complaint about that the costumer care department takes my complaints lightly and they never update the information about my landline therefore it always shows GENERIC in their computer system .the team is so irritating to me that it does not take the landline complaint by saying that your connection is generic .my landline no. is 3042399.
