Tata DoCoMo / Photon Dongle — Non closure of dongle in spite of repeated complaints`

Name : Kamlesh Kantilal Amin Tata Photon No.: [protected] Account No.:[protected] Since 24th July 2013 I am requesting them for closure of above broadband dongle but all efforts are futile. instead of closing the connection they are sending bills for the same and mentally harassing to pay for the services discuntinued by me since long. The details of my complaints are as under: Cancellation request No.:[protected] dated 24/07/2013 Bill plan changed by them without my consent no.:[protected] dated 31/07/2013 Second Cancellation REquest No.:[protected] dated 18/09/2013 Desired Action : Immediate closure of my services of broadband and cancell all billing since 24/07/2013 Note : They can very well check my last login and usage and take the decision.
