[Resolved] Tikona — Low speed issue | |||
Hi Team, We have taken the 2MB/s speed plan but since last 3 weeks we are facing low speed issue and the speed is so slow that even google page takes long time to open. We have lodged many complaint regarding this connectivity and speed but none of the complaint were resolved properly. Most of the time customer care executive are not responding properly and customer care service is worst as they are not at all supportive. Can you please help me in this regard to get proper connectivity and speed. Thanks Please find below the details of conenction. Hi Team,
Finally I heard something from the tikona team. However it's 2 weeks since 26th Sept and still my net connection speed is very bad. Even if 2 week is not enough for you guys to resolve a simple issue then I guess you are not anything other then enjoying with my money.
I have done many follow up complaint for this particular issue and in each complaint your foolish executive will made new promises which are getting failed every time. Forget 1st level of executive even your 2nd level of senior executive are even worse then your 1st level executive.
I am feeling like disconnect the connection so that I will be assured at least that my money is not wasted.
GOD KNOWS WHEN MY ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED.

I am a tikona user from Chennai. I have taken 2 mb/s internet plan from Tikona broadband. But for the last one month i have been facing low speed issue. Since last 20 days I have been calling tikona customer care everyday but i did not received proper solution from them and also they do not talk properly.
Everyday they give some deadline that the issue will be resolved within 24hr or by a particular time. But still issue is persisting and not only my money but also my important work are being hampered for which i have taken this plan.
So Can you please help me in this regard as i am fed up of these tikona connection because every 1 or 2 month these types of issues are happening and then we customer have to suffer for next 2-3 weeks as they take more then this much time to resolve the issue. Please help.
