SUB: Tikona Service ID No [protected] of Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd.
Despite informing tikona broadband service provider in Allahabad (PRAYAGRAJ) and to their main office, to disconnect my poorly working broadband connection in May of 2019, they have not stopped harassing me and asking for additional payment . Their broadband service is appalling with far SLOWER SPEED THAN THEY CLAIM. I HAVE CLEARED ALL THEIR BILLS TILL THE DATE THE CONNECTION WAS ACTIVE SINCE THE INSTALLATION OF THE SERVICE AROUND THREE YEARS BACK AND NOW WHEN THEIR SERVICE IS NOT UP TO THE MARK I REQUESTED THEM TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION AS I HAVE SWITCHED OVER TO JIO GIGAFIBER. INSTEAD THEY HAVE STARTED MAKING REPEATED CALLS AND MESSAGES TO HARASS ME AND INSIST ON CONTINUING WITH THEIR PATHETIC BROADBAND SERVICES. EARLIER THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS HAD NOT EVEN PROPERLY INSTALLED THE ANTENNA FOR THE BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY. REPEATED REMINDERS NOW AND THEN WERE SENT TO THEM BUT TO NO AVAIL, and now when i have SUBSCRIBED to a better service they are harassing and threatening me. I have sufficient proof to substantiate my case and also call recordings with them. They are now threatening via Legal coils emails where reply is disabled.
